Put the cheese, chopped nuts, icing sugar and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl and stir until everything is wel mixed.

Rol the mixture into marble sized balls in the palms of your hands. (You can make them bigger if you like)

Sprinkle the table with vermicelli and carefully rol the truffles in it.
