All information submitted to or recorded by (We do log the IP address, browser type and operating system of all computers accessing this site for our own analysis) our site is kept confidential and secure.

We will never share your information with a third party unless expressly agreed by you and in such occasions where we feel this would be beneficial we will email you to ask your permission (or those of the parent/guardian where specified in the users profile). We do not publish names, addresses, emails, or any other information that identifies your full name, your gender, your age or location further, we identify you on the site only by first name/nickname and county.

We do not use your email address to send junk mail or "spam" and should you receive any email that purports to come from us which you feel is in error, malicious or otherwise please help us by notifying us immediately and we will do our best to track down the cause.

Your email address is only used to give you important information about your Stick People fan club membership or about updates to the site. Data is fairly and lawfully processed and is kept on live file by Stick People & Co for the lifetime of your membership.

When your membership expires or you decide to cancel your membership we keep your data on our archive for a period of 6 months as required by UK law, after which the data is destroyed.

Archived data is NEVER sold on, re-distributed or otherwise published and at all times, remains the property of the owners of this site.
