COMPETITION RULES

1) There are no age or geographical restrictions for our competitions.

   However, competitions will not be open to anyone professionally associated

   with each promotion.

2) There are 2 sorts of competitions:

   a) open to all

   b) open to members only

3) Entry is limited to one entry per person.

4) Closing dates will be as specified for each competition.

5) Prize- winners will be notified by email and will receive their prizes within 28 days of the closing date.

6) At point of competition entry, the entrant will be asked for a "nickname" they would like to be referred to if they win. This is the nickname we would use when our winners announcements are displayed on the web site.

7) No purchase necessary.

8) In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value without negotiation.

9) Entries and their copyright will become the property of Stick People Ltd.

10) The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11) Competition answers and/or winning tie-breakers will be available within 28 days of the competition closing and can be obtained through contacting the site via email.

12) No cash alternatives will be offered in place of the prizes specified.

13) We collect information about competition entries and reserve the right to analyse and keep data for up to 3 years. However, we will not make the data available to any third parties unless agreed at the point of competition entry.

14) The monthly membership draw will include only those members who have NOT won a monthly membership prize before.
